Project Description: This MACC IDIQ Task Order project will take place at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii. This project includes rehabilitating the lift station NS-004 (Facility #1582E) and replacing the standby generator #1582G at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). Repairs to the wet well include reconstructing the wall between the wet well and pump room, cleaning the wet well, rehabilitating the wet well surfaces, repairing cracks and holes, resealing the interior surface of the well, and waste disposal. Repairs to the NS-004 piping includes replacing the wet well discharge piping, a portion of the gravity inlet piping, and the valve pit piping including all fittings and valves. Repairs the lift station include replacing the submersible pumps. The repairs to the lift station electrical system includes replacement of the motor control center and controls (MCC), automatic transfer switch (ATS), and other electrical components. The repairs to the lift station ventilation system include upgrading fans and ductwork. The scope for facility #1582G includes replacing the standby generator which supports lift station NS-004. Finally, this project includes replacing the existing telemetry/SCADA system. This project will be subject to the provisions of the NAVFAC Master MACC Contract (available in our online plan room), the Buy American Act, and the Prevailing Wage Decision rates. The D Square Construction Sample Subcontract is available for review in the SUBCONTRACT DOCS folder, with the bidding documents in our online plan room. Submitting a price proposal, subcontractors acknowledge they have read our subcontract and will sign it as part of the condition of doing the work they are proposing. The Bid Schedule contains one (1) Base Bid Proposal Lump Sum Price Line. The price will remain valid for 120 days, as stated in the solicitation.
