Project Description:
Provide all labor necessary to overhaul CWP 2 and replace the 50 HP motor. The proposed work shall generally include, but not limited to replacing the pump rotating assembly, motor, and shaft coupling assembly. Prep and paint the pump, motor, and pump base. Refer to the mechanical section for detailed description of work. All work is located at the Bilger Addition Building, University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk is scheduled for 9:00 am on May 12, 2026. Contractors shall meet at the Bilger Addition building loading contractor loading zone. Contract documents will be distributed at the site walk through. Contractors interested in bidding for this work, must contact Alton Fujimoto by email altonf@hawaii.edu, or phone at 808 864-4161 to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm May 11, 2026. Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through, will not be allowed to bid on this work.
