Project Description: The work generally consists of demolition and replacement of perimeter security fencing and related improvements at Halawa Correctional Facility (HCF). The scope includes replacement of single-, double-, and triple-row perimeter fencing. New perimeter fencing will include inner and outer fence lines with posts, concrete foundations, anti-climb features, razor ribbon, barbed wire outriggers, concrete mow strips or anti-dig barriers, lighting, and door controls. Work also includes replacement and installation of vehicle and pedestrian sallyport gates, swing, sliding, and man gates. New work includes construction of a vehicle sallyport at the southeast portion of the facility. Work includes Civil, Structural, and Electrical.
