Special Instructions
Approved equivalent is indicated in certain item descriptions. Subject to approval 2 days before the closing date, if making substitutes. We reserve the right to determine equivalency. Email with pictures and specifications if you are making substitutions or have questions.

Award shall be based on the total aggregate for all items. Quantity subject to change based on availability of funds. Vendors must bid on all items including applicable taxes, fees, and freight in order to be considered for award. Quote must be valid for ninety (90) days. Deliver 90 days after receipt of order or sooner.

Under HRS 103D-310(c), vendors MUST provide proof of compliance with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii. Vendors need to obtain a copy of their \\\"Certificate of Vendor Compliance\\\" via Hawaii Compliance Express and attach it to their bid.
