Project Description: The project consists of constructing a new one-story Phase 2 expansion to the existing Regional Kitchen in Wahiawa. Work includes, but is not limited to, site work, utilities, grading, concrete, steel, electrical, fire alarm, commercial kitchen equipment, roofing, mechanical, plumbing, AC paving, loading docks, sidewalks, landscaping, and all related work. The contractor must take all precautions to protect and not interrupt the operations of the existing Regional Kitchen for the duration of the Phase 2 construction.
