Project Description: Replace the existing 1,000 GPM Fire Pump with a new pump and all ancillary equipment as specified in attached plans. Work includes the removal and disposal of the existing pump and exhaust fan per demolition plans. Also included are the installation of new exhaust fan and all necessary electrical and mechanical connections. The system shall be tested and certified that the new Fire Pump is fully functional. Also included is one-year of maintenance as specified in the attached plans.
