Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to award to a Contractor work that shall generally consist of obtaining all required permits, removal of existing deteriorated bulkhead fenders, bull rails, and cleats; installation of a new plastic lumber fender system; installation of new bull rails, mooring cleats, and anchoring hardware; and appurtenant work as shown in the plans and in accordance with the project specifications.
