Due to the conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical
specification and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid
conference/job site walk-through at 9:00 AM (HST), Wednesday May 13th, at Bldg. 331 A Hale
Kehau Dining Hall, 523 W. Lanikaula St. Hilo Hawaii 96720.
Substitutions/Clarifications
Requests for substitutions/clarifications regarding the RFQ and its requirements must be
submitted to the Technical Representative, Brian Hill, University of Hawaii at Hilo, at
brianhilt@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on May 20th, 2026.
