Special Instructions
Furnish and deliver to the University of Hawaii at Hilo, Campus Security Department, 200 West Kawili Street Hilo, HI 96720 within 30 consecutive calendar days from the receipt of the University of Hawaii Purchase Order authorizing this purchase. All specification must be complete upon delivery of the vehicle to the department site.

The technical specifications listed are the minimum requirements and are mandatory for an accepted bid. Bidders are cautioned to review the technical specifications carefully and thoroughly as bids must meet all specifications. Vendor is responsible for noting any specification variances of their product.

Bid must include all taxes, all transportation and delivery charges F.O.B. destination (without license plates), freight, surcharges, fees, special handling, and all other applicable charges. We reserve the right to determine equivalency of substitution and we must give prior approval for substitutions. Must bid on all items: no partial bids allowed.
