Project Description:
Base Bid scope of work includes but is not limited to providing a new portable office trailer with necessary utility hookups, drainage retention, walkways, and interior renovation of the existing health center.
Additive Alternate No. 1 scope of work includes rewiring and providing new receptacles at the existing health conference room, and related work as shown on the plans and specs.
Additive Alternate No. 2 scope of work includes installing a new door at the existing principal\'s office and related work as shown on the plans and specs.
