Project Description: The work shall generally consist of civil work at the Diamond Head State Monument according to specifications attached, as quantified in the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to installing a concrete grass block driveway with Bermuda grass in between grid, installing bollards, and other incidental work required.
