Project Description: The work shall generally consist of repairs to various structures and facilities at Kalopa State Recreation Area, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to demo, replace rotten subfloor, and replacement of flooring in all interior rooms and exterior lanai of the cabins with sheet vinyl, install transitions, and repainting all existing painted interior surfaces.
