Project Description:
The major items of work to be done includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major items of work:
A. Mobilization
B. Provide a Best Management Practices (BMP) Plan
C. Removal and replacement of existing indoor packaged air conditioning unit.
D. Connection of new air conditioning unit to existing duct system and patch and repair existing to match adjacent surfaces.
E. Rebalancing all existing air devices per tab reports.
