Project Description:
Provide HVAC Inspection and Maintenance Services, University of Hawaii, Institute for Astronomy, Advanced Technology Research Center in Makawao, Maui, Hawaii.

Special Instructions
The project in general consists of inspections and routine servicing of HVAC system located at the Institute for Astronomy’s Advanced Technology Research Center (ATRC) in Maui. (34 Ohia Ku St, Makawao, HI 96768).

To be eligible, Contractors must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor’s license C-52 (Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contractor). Contractors are responsible to make sure all needed licenses are in place. Lack of the proper license will result in the proposal not being accepted.

Responses will be posted to the SuperQUOTE website (www.commercepoint.com) by 05/08/2026, 3:00 pm, Hawaii Standard Time.
Proposals must be submitted on the SuperQUOTE system (www.commercepoint.com) no later than 05/22/2026, 3:00 pm, Hawaii Standard Time.
