SERVICE - LANDSCAPING
Remove various grasses and shrubs in various planter areas. Dispose offsite. Grade and amend existing soil with soil conditioners, cinder, and fertilizer. Add top soil as needed.

SERVICE - LANDSCAPING
Supply and install drip irrigation system in P-1, P-2, and Garden Strip. Add composite header edging as needed.

SERVICE - LANDSCAPING
Supply and plant ground cover (4” pots) and shrub plants (1-3 gal). Supply and place 2” black cinder to cover planting areas. Supply and place moss rock boulder for side planter.

SERVICE - LANDSCAPING
Maintenance for planting area and irrigation for 120 days.

Special Instructions
1. Quote must remain valid for 120 days, with prices F.O.B. destination, inclusive of all shipping, handling, delivery, taxes, freight, and any other charges required for delivery and full functionality.
2. The University of Hawaii, Leeward Community College reserves the right to reject and deny any substitution that it may, in its discretion, deem unequal, and the findings in the regards shall be accepted by the Offeror as final and binding. An offer which includes a substitution shall be considered only if the substitution has been approved in advance by the College. Please email the Requisitioner with specs prior to bidding if making substitutes or if you may have any questions.
3. If the bid is $2500 or more, under HRS 103D-310c, the vendor must be compliant with all laws governing entities doing business in the State of Hawaii prior to the issuance of Purchase Order.
4. Awarded/named vendor is required to obtain a tax clearance from the Hawaii Department of Taxation and the U.S. Internal Revenue Service prior to the execution of this order if $25,000 or more, and upon final payment. The tax clearance is required pursuant to Section 103-53 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. If the vendor is not compliant when the bid is awarded, the vendor will be disqualified. 5. Offeror’s must provide quotations on ALL items in order to be considered for award. Partial bids will not be accepted. NO BID items will not be accepted.
6. Quantities or Scope of Work may change based on funding availability
7. All substitutions must be approved in advance. We reserve the right to determine equivalency. All substitutions must be made available for inspection no later than 3 days before bid closing date.
8. Quantity is subject to change based on available funding.
