Project Description:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, package, transport and dispose of hazardous waste from Kapiolani Community College Math/Science Department per waste inventory attached.

Aloha,
Kapiolani Community College (KCC) is requesting a quotation for hazardous waste disposal services. The hazardous waste inventory is attached for vendor review and pricing. All disposal services must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding the packaging, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste.

The quotation must include all applicable costs, including taxes, freight, hazmat fees, fuel surcharges, labor, and any other associated charges. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of ninety (90) days.

Vendors must bid on all items listed in the inventory. Partial bids will not be accepted. Pricing must be provided per item number, and award will be based on the total aggregate cost.

Waste pickup at KCC (Kokio Building) must be scheduled in advance and coordinated with campus contacts.

In accordance with HRS ASS103D-310(c), vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Vendor Compliance obtained through Hawaii Compliance Express at the time of quote submission. Vendors must be in compliance at the time of award.

All required manifests and lab pack inventories must be provided in advance for review.

Buyer’s acceptance of offer is conditional upon Bidder’s acceptance of UH’s terms and conditions. If awarded, the bidder’s terms and conditions will not apply.
