Project Description:

The Government requires one (1) 500kW XQ570 Caterpillar Generator Set. The generator must include a trailer and a double-walled fuel tank with 110% spill containment. Delivery is required to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The generator must comply with all emissions requirements for operation on Guam and USAF installations.

Please review the attached “ERHS Back 40 Generator COMBO - FA5025-26-Q-A004” for complete details and requirements. All fields highlighted in yellow must be completed in your submission. Failure to provide all required information may result in your quote being deemed unacceptable and ineligible for award.

Questions:

All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than 05 May 2026, 1600 (4:00 PM) Chamorro Standard Time.

Quote Submission Deadline:

Quotes must be submitted via email no later than 13 May 2026, 1100 (11:00 AM) Chamorro Standard Time.

Amendment 0001:
The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the requirement for the ERHS Back 40 Generator. Clarifications are as follows:

▪︎ Only new equipment will be accepted; used, refurbished, or remanufactured items are not eligible.
▪︎ Offerors must provide an accurate, firm delivery date. Delivery is required within 45 days from date of award. Timely delivery is essential to prevent operational impacts.
▪︎ All yellow-highlighted fields in the COMBO must be completed for quote consideration.

Amendment 0002:
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation. The quotes will be due on 19 May 2026, 1100 (11:00 AM) Chamorro Standard Time. The amendment also provides some clarify to questions that were asked by vendors.

Offerors are advised to review the requirement in its entirety to ensure they understand what is necessary to provide an acceptable quote that is eligible for award.
