Project Description: Areas #1, #2, and #3 within the B90 AC pavement parking lot requires a Contractor(s) to: (1) Remove the existing AC Pavement , (2) Re-grade and repair basecourse according to plans and specifications, (3) Install 2.5-inch thick State Mix 5 AC Top Coat. (See Attachment 2).

Attention Contractors:
HIePRO solicitation #Q26002505 “HQ B90 Parking Lot Rehab FY26” will be cancelled as of Friday 5/29/26 and a new updated solicitation is available on solicitation #B26002989 “HQ B90 Parking Lot Rehab FY26 - CTR”.
This new solicitation includes the following changes:
(1) Larger work areas
(2) Base Bid, Alternate #1, Alternate #2 bidding format
(3) 3-inch Mill-and-Fill
(4) Concrete Thru-Gutter installation.
Other than these changes, this new solicitation is the same as the original.
