Project Description:
The purpose of this project is to procure a qualified moving contractor to provide professional office relocation services. The contractor will be responsible for securely moving furniture, equipment, 3 vaults full of vital records, and office materials from the current facility to the designated new location while minimizing disruption to building operations.

Clarification per the solicitation (see page 7-8 of 17, IFB OHSM-2026-0424) Current Location #2: 465 South King Street (Kekuanao’a Building), Suite 103.

The contractor may be required to move empty file cabinets and bookshelves from Current Location #2 during business hours, evenings, or weekends. The site includes:
5 drawers file cabinet – quantity 7, size 36”x65”
4 shelves quantity – 6, size 36”x54”
6 shelves quantity – 2, size 36”x84”
5 shelves quantity – 6, size 36”x54”

This shall be included in the IFB OHSM-2026-0424.
