Project Description: The work generally consists of preparation and restoration of the existing low-slope roofing system at Kaʻahumanu Hale main roof and associated elevator machine room roof areas by means of a fluid-applied membrane roof system. Work shall include removal of loose and deteriorated materials; localized removal and replacement of damaged or moisture-compromised roof membrane and substrate where required; thorough cleaning of the existing roof surface to receive the new system; and installation of a reinforced fluid-applied membrane in accordance with the manufacturerʻs requirements to provide a continuous, fully-adhered, watertight roofing membrane.
