Project Description: Provide all labor necessary to perform preventive maintenance on the chill water plant system. Work shall generally consist of comprehensive maintenance of the central plant equipment’s which includes but not limited to the following: chillers, condenser and chill water pumps, variable frequency drives, cooling towers, refrigerant monitor, controls and related system components and accessories. Maintenance contract will be Bi-Monthly for 1-year (12 consecutive months).
