Project Description: Basic Bid: The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, demolition, civil / plumbing, electrical, data / communications, paving, fencing, site lighting, and all incidental work as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications.

BID FORMS AND PLANS for IFB No. CCR-22-4330 will be available at the SuperQUOTE website (www.commercepoint.com). Bidders are solely responsible to check this website for any modifications to the IFB. To view the details of this solicitation and submit a bid, your company must be registered on SuperQUOTE.

To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii contractor\'s license A.

Pre-Bid Conference: Due to conditions at the site that may not be clearly identified in technical specifications and plans, it is highly recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference/job site walk-through at 2:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time (HST), April 20, 2026, in the LA Building Room 227, at Leeward Community College, Pearl City, HI 96782 (see the attached map).

Requests for Substitution/Clarification must be submitted to the Technical Representative, Kerri Yoshioka at kerriyos@hawaii.edu, no later than April 24, 2026 at 2:00PM., Hawaii Standard Time. All questions must be received no later than April 24, 2026 at 2:00PM., Hawaii Standard Time. Responses will be posted to the SuperQUOTE website (www.commercepoint.com).

Bids must be submitted on the SuperQUOTE system (www.commercepoint.com) no later than May 8, 2026 at 2:00PM., Hawaii Standard Time.

Bids received after the due date and time fixed above will not be considered.
