Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the removal and
replacement of all existing irrigation valves, valve boxes, irrigation controller,
sprinkler heads and miscellaneous fittings and pvc piping as called for on the Plans
and Technical Specifications.
Special Instructions
1. All bidder shall review the attached documents before submitting a quotation.
2. Quote to include all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project in
accordance with the attached documents.
3. Quote must be valid for 90 days.
4. Site visits will be conducted from April 14 thru April 21, 2026. If you would like to schedule a

5. Clarification/substitution request shall be submitted by April 21, 2026 at 2pm(HST).
6. To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor’s “C-27”, “C-37” or
C-37b” license.

8. Bidders receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before the purchase
order is issued. Note: Do not purchase any materials until the approved purchase order is provided.

(2) Certificate of Insurance
(3) Certificate of Compliance with HRS 396-18
(4) Signed Superquote Award Notice
