Project Description: Work to be done shall include performing all operations and furnishing all equipment, fixtures, appliances, tools, materials, and labor necessary to execute, complete, and deliver all of the work and related items required for the project as called for on the contract documents, drawings and as hereinafter specified. This work shall include but not be limited to lead paint abatement, selective demolition, cutting and patching, cast-in-placing concrete, concrete masonry units, structural steel framing, cold-formed steel framing, preservative treated lumber, flashing and sheet metal, firestopping, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, wood doors, access doors, aluminum windows, door hardware, glazing, gypsum board, tile, resilient base, acoustical insulation, painting, toilet accessories, signage, insulation of mechanical systems, wet pipe sprinkler system, plumbing fixtures and trim, air conditioning and ventilation, testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB), electrical demolition, electrical identification, conductors and cables, raceways and boxes, wiring devices, and interior lighting.
