Project Description: The work requested is to conduct marine salvage/debris removal and properly dispose of it. For the purpose of the work, Marine Salvage/Debris Removal means the recovering and permanent removal of any hazard to navigation or removal of various objects as directed within Honolulu Harbor/Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor, Oahu. The work could include but not limited to; salvage/removal of vessels, containers, marine debris, etc. from the waters of DOTH both on and below the water surface.
