Project Description: This is a solicitation for the purchase of two patrol boats and trailers for the State of Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources-Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement. See the attached specifications for further information. The awarded vendor must have compliant status within the Hawaii Compliance Express System at the time of award. Offers made by vendors without compliant status will not be awarded and will be deemed non-responsive.
