Must be delivered to Leeward CC, assembled, and placed into their appropriate locations based on the diagram that will be provided.

Vendor shall dispose of trash generated from work activities off campus. Clean work site daily.

Upon award, the vendor shall be responsible to provide: 1) Be compliant on the Hawaii Compliance Express, 2) Certificate of Insurance (COI) per RCUH 2.402 Insurance Requirements (Vendors) on the coverage requirements, 3) return signed acceptance and other documents as requested.

Quote must be valid for 90 days and include shipping, handling, permits, and all applicable taxes and fees.

Vendors must bid on all items.

Subject to prior approval if making substitutions. Email substitute product specifications for review and approval before submitting a quote. Request for substitution is due by Friday, August 24, 2025 at 12:00pm HST. We reserve the right to determine equivalency for substitute requests.
