Project Description: Keaukaha Military Reserve, Bldg. 621. Remove the old ductless mini split AC unit and install a new 18k ductless mini split Commercial AC unit. The Contractor/Vendor is responsible to remove and dispose the "Old" Mini split unit, and supply/install a new split AC unit. The AC system must be complete, and fully operational based on but not limited to the plans and Scope of Work/Specifications (SOW/specs). The contract shall include the costs of materials, labor, equipment/tools, and equipment rentals, to implement and complete the project in a good and acceptable workmanship.
