Project Description: The project consists of constructing a new one-story theatre workshop building and a new covered walkway to connect to the existing adjacent building. Work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, utilities, drainage, concrete, masonry, steel, roofing, electrical, telecom, fire alarm, and painting work.
