Project Description: The scope of work consists of interior renovation to an existing holdroom on the 3rd floor of the International Arrivals Building (IAB) to create new lounge spaces; construction of a new workstation space; and modifications to existing restrooms to install new prefabricated showers and new floor drains for the IAB Transit Lounge at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
