Project Description: Furnish and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and other incidental work necessary to obtain all required project permits including U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permit, demolition work, new concrete abutments, new gates, fabrication and installation of five (5) new finger piers, and appurtenant work at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii all according to the true intent and meaning of the Notice to Bidders, Information and Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Technical Specifications, Interim General Conditions, Plans, and any and all addenda related to this solicitation.
