Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, vehicles, and equipment necessary to remove existing carpet and install new Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT) flooring install new rubber floor bases; and touch up painting. The State may task the contractor to perform other repairs and finishing work.
