Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to soil treatment, selective demolition, wood treatment, rough and finish carpentry, building insulation, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, flush wood doors and hardware, wood window restoration (including glazing and window film), gypsum wall board, acoustical tile ceilings, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, stone countertops, hazardous materials abatement, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, air conditioning and ventilation, and electrical work and light fixtures, as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
