Project Description: The work generally consists of upgrading and modernizing all 9 elevator systems at Ka’ahumanu Hale Building. The scope includes, but is not limited to, abatement of hazardous materials, painting, installing AC systems in elevator machine rooms and associated work, and related fire alarm, structural, electrical, mechanical and architectural work associated with modernizing the elevator systems.
