Project Description:
To provide Tree Trimming and Pruning and Inspection Services for EIGHTY-TWO (82) Coconut Trees on the University of Hawaii Maui College, Kahului campus.

Map of the location of the coconut trees is attached to this request for reference.

IMPORTANT:
1. It is the Responsibility of all vendors to review all the Attachments to this Request for Quotation. Submission of a bid confirms a bidder has carefully examined these documents, and agrees to the University of Hawaii Terms & Conditions applicable to all Purchase Orders.

2. All questions pertaining to the project\\\'s scope of work, schedule of site visit, technical specifications shall be directed to UHMC TRPO - Herman Andaya at 808-984-3580 or email: handaya@hawaii.edu. Questions shall be submitted via email no later than 12:00 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time (HST), March 30, 2026.

3. All quotes must be submitted via the Commercepoint Superquote system by the close date/time. No quotes will be accepted by other means or methods.

4. Quote validity period: must be valid for a minimum of at least 30 consecutive calendar days after the Request for Quotation closing date.
