Project Description: The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, replacement of portions of the existing elevated roof plaza deck hot rubberized asphalt waterproofing, removal and reinstallation of roof deck pedestal paver and planter overburden, replacement of existing roof deck guardrails and concrete curb, repair of portions of the existing roof deck soffits, repair of damaged electrical outlets, restoration of existing coatings on exterior walls and structure, and various miscellaneous repairs, as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications
