Project Description:
The work generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Selective demolition work to include certain slabs/pads/piers, concrete, outside air louvers, custom-built air handlers, controls, various piping systems, insulation, luminaires, electrical main switch, panels, wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, and all incidental accessories, hardware, and supports as indicated or described in drawings.

2. New work to include modification existing or installation of certain new concrete housekeeping equipment pads, patching floor cracks, coring through existing wall; installation of new custom-built air handlers, ductwork, various piping systems, insulation, DDC controls system, new electrical panels, conduits, circuit breakers, luminaires, and all incidental accessories, structural supports and hardware as indicated and specified hereinafter. Provide power and power outlets for all new mechanical equipment and their control devices. Paint the mechanical room floor, all new exposed items and some existing exterior surfaces as indicated on drawings.
