Special Instructions
ALL bidders are requested to attend pre-bid walk-through. The pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2026, at 9:00am. Bidder shall meet at the Agricultural Engineering Institute Room 122 located at 3131 Maile Way. Bidder interested in bidding this work must contact Lauren Young through email (LMTYOUNG@hawaii.edu) to confirm attendance by 4:00pm, Friday, March 13, 2026. Bidder are required to provide a cost breakdown at time of bid. The breakdown must equal to the total cost of the bid. If correct breakdown is not provided at time of bid, the bid may be disqualified.
