Project Description: Provide all tools, materials, equipment and insurance necessary to service and maintain the filtration equipment at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex for a period of 1-year. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work shall be in accordance with local and national codes.
Labor. Provide hours x hourly rate.

Special Instructions
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10th @ 9:00am. All interested parties shall meet at DKAC; 1337 Lower Campus Road, Honolulu, HI 96822. The Contractor must be licensed in the State of Hawaii with a current Class C-49 or C-49a license.
