Project Description:
Please see attachment for complete Technical Specifications of compact cargo van.
Furnish and deliver 2019 or newer Nissan NV200 compact cargo van or approved substitution with full tank of gas and any and all incidental and related materials and work required for a complete and properly functioning vehicle.

Special Instructions
1. Quotation shall include all transportation and delivery charges to F.O.B. destination, insurance premiums, warranty costs, administrative support costs, expediting fees, full tank of fuel, and all applicable fees and taxes.
2. Items specified must be delivered and received no later than 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of purchase order. No exceptions allowed. Quotation shall include any and all expedited transportation and delivery charges and fees required to meet delivery requirements.
3. Items specified shall be delivered (with full tank of fuel) to the University of Hawaii at Hilo at the following location:

4. To be eligible forward, vendor must be compliant with the Internal Revenue Service, State of Hawaii Department of Labor, State of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, and the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation prior to the quote submission deadline. The Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), Certificate of Vendor Compliance will be utilized to confirm vendor\\\'s compliance with all agencies. 5. Vendors are advised that any of the following may be grounds for disqualification:
a. Taking exception to any of the specifications, terms or conditions.
b. Placing conditions on the furnishing of solicited goods or services.
c. Referencing external documents containing additional specifications, terms or conditions.
6. The manufacturer and model number of items identified in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS are used as a measure of quality, style, appearance and performance. Any brand or manufacturer of equal or better quality to that specified will be considered for acceptance by the University. The University may reject or deny any substitution that it may, in its discretion deem unequal, and the findings in this regard shall be accepted by the vendor as final and binding.
