Project Description:
One (1) each Geoliner 770 Mobile Imaging Wheel Aligner (or approved equivalent).
The Mobile Wheel Imaging Alignment System should include the

One (1) each Hofmann 14,000lbs capacity wheel alignment lift (or approved equivalent).
The scissor alignment lift should include the following
minimum specifications:
1) Open Front and Rear
2) Max lifting height flush mount - 63”
3) Max lifting height surface mount - 72”
4) Overall Height - 72”
5) Overall Width - 93”
6) Power requirements - 230V 60Hz
7) Air supply required - 90-140 PSI
Scissor lift must be compatible with the corresponding alignment machine.

2. Hawaii Compliance Express: Bids of $2,500 or more will require a Certificate of Vendor Compliance in compliant status at time of award (HRS 103D-310(c). If a vendor does not have a compliant certificate, the vendors bid will be disqualified, and the next lowest

3. Questions shall be submitted via email to Lawrence Martinson, lkmartin@hawaii.edu, by 03/11/26 12:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
4. Quote must be valid for a minimum of 30 days after the Request for Quotation closing date.
5. Award will be based on the total aggregate amount. Award is subject to availability of funds.
6. Price shall be F.O.B. destination, including all shipping, handling, transportation costs, removal of old alignment machine and lift, assembly, installation, and applicable taxes \\\"Hawaii General Excise Tax (GET): maximum allowable for Maui is 4.712% to:

7. Delivery is required within 60 consecutive calendar days after receipt of order (ARO).
8. Damages incurred during shipment, assembly and/or delivery of goods/products will be the responsibility of the vendor.
9. The return and replacement of defective goods/products will be the responsibility of the vendor to make the arrangements with the shipping company. All shipping expenses shall be paid by the vendor.
10. Goods/products must be new with the Manufacturer\\\'s standard warranty. Used and/or refurbished goods will not be accepted.
11. Upon request, the following documents shall be provided to the University:
(a) Manufacturer literature or brochure with technical data and illustrations of the
product being offered.
(b) Warranty information for the proposed unit.
12. Vendor receiving the award is required to provide the following documentation before a
purchase order is issued. Note: Do not make any purchase until the approved purchase
order is provided.

(2) Certificate of Liability Insurance (refer to Special Provisions Attachment 1)
