Project Description: The project shall in general consist of but is not limited to the interior renovations of Buildings 7881 DA, 7877 PS, 7878 BS, 7882 CC, 7883 AM, and 7876 AD at the Leeward Community College campus. Below are the project scopes for each building, as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
a. Building 7881 DA: Replace existing mechanical system on the second floor, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid system, and light fixtures, in the rooms indicated on the drawings.
b. Building 7877 PS: Replace existing mechanical systems on first and second floors, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid system, and light fixtures, in the rooms indicated on the drawings.
c. Building 7878 BS: Replace existing mechanical systems on first and second floor, acoustical ceiling tiles, grid system, and light fixtures, in the rooms indicated on the drawings.
d. Building 7882 CC - Café: Replace existing mechanical/ plumbing system, acoustic ceiling tiles, grid system, light fixtures, flooring, and food service equipment/ appliances, as indicated on the drawings.
