Project Description: Sourcewell, a State of Minnesota local government unit and service cooperative, is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive range of parking solutions. This includes parking meters, pay stations, and related payment or management platforms; parking lot and ramp access controls such as gates, booths, and Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS); and parking accessibility, permitting, and enforcement technologies, including license plate readers, parking counters, mobility parking monitoring, and citation systems. The solicitation also covers related equipment, supplies, and services necessary to support these solutions, as well as ancillary or complementary products and services that enhance the overall parking systems being proposed.
