Project Description: The project is for the City Broadband Initiative, Phase 1B1, at Various Locations. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment (Except that are to be furnished by the City) necessary for the construction of the project including all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and specified herein.
