Award shall be based on the total aggregate for all items. Quantity subject to change based on availability of funds. Quote must be valid for 90 days, including tax, shipping/freight, delivery, assembly, installations, disposal of any packing materials, and any other applicable charges.

Vendor (preferably based on the island of Oahu in the state of Hawaii) must be able to provide service and support within 48 hours of request for warranty service or repair. Vendor must be authorized dealer for furniture. Direct from the manufacturer only. Deliver 90 days after receipt of order or sooner.

The submittal of a bid shall be considered as acceptance of the specifications as published, as well as agreement to the University of Hawaii Terms and Conditions, Applicable to All Purchase Orders. Winning bidder must sign and return the award acceptance form within 3 business days of being awarded, or the bid will not be awarded.

Once awarded, a Certificate of Liability Insurance is required.

Vendor must furnish proof of compliance with the requirements of HRS 103D-310(c) by attaching a Certificate of Vendor Compliance (Hawaii Compliance Express http://vendors.ehawaii.gov).
