Project Description: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the interior and exterior renovations of Building ET at the Leeward Community College campus. Interior renovation work includes Modules 1 through 5, along with associated shops, offices, storage rooms, Dry Labs, classrooms, Tool Room, IT room, and Steam Cleaning Storage Building; and miscellaneous related work as called for on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
