Project Description: This project is a Renovation to the existing Kalihi Police station. The existing structure is approximately 15,000 sf, 2-stories which includes a below grade, Basement parking level and Main Station level. The main level is a steel rigid frame seated on a pre-stressed concrete planked slab supported by below grade concrete walls, beams, and columns. The exterior of the building is EIFS/DEFS finished.
