Project Description: The project consists of the renovation and expansion of existing locker rooms, team meeting rooms, and restroom/shower facilities for men and women; installation of new lockers; construction of a new classroom/meeting room with audio/visual systems; new storage and laundry rooms; and a First Aid/Training Room with associated office spaces. Work also includes enclosure of the existing courtyard with a metal standing seam roof and glass storefront system to create a fully enclosed Weight & Fitness Room. Additional work includes structural steel; concrete; masonry; roofing and waterproofing; flashing and sheet metal; doors, frames, door hardware; glazing; windows; tile; new gypboard and ACT ceiling tile; resilient flooring; carpeting; wallcovering; graphic mural wall design; painting; toilet compartment; non-illuminated signage; lockers; classroom furniture; athletic, recreational, and therapeutic equipment; lead-based paint control measures, testing and air monitoring; wet-pipe fire suppression sprinklers; HVAC mechanical systems and equipment; ductwork; plumbing; electrical and light fixtures; and miscellaneous related work.
