Project Description: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and insurance necessary to perform work to upgrade the Air Handler AHU-G4 and AHU G-5. Refer to the handed out technical specification and drawing sheets for a detailed description of the work. The work shall generally include, but not limited to purchase and installation of new VFDs, motors,sensors, electrical conduit, wiring installation and control to support the system, start-up services and monitoring to provide a complete working system. All work is located on the Basement of the Hamilton Phase 2 Building at the University of Hawaii Manoa campus.
Labor (required to fill in reasonable number).
Materials (required to fill in reasonable number).
Tax (not to exceed 4.712%).

Special Instructions
All bidders are requested to attend a mandatory site walk through. A site walk through has been scheduled for February 24, 2026 at 10:00am starting at the UH Manoa Hamilton Library Entrance, 2550 McCarthy Mall.

Contract documents will be distributed at the mandatory site walk through. Contractors interested should contact the requisitioner through email, fax or phone to confirm attendance by 4:00pm Monday, 2/23/26.

Contractors that do not attend a mandatory site walk through will not be allowed to bid on this work. Contractors are required to provide reasonable cost breakdowns for labor, materials, freight (if any) and tax as required in the section below. Breakdowns must be part of this form and must equal the total cost of the bid. If a correct and reasonable breakdown is not provided at the time of bid, the bidder may be disqualified.
