Project Description:
Clean up, haul out, and dispose of rubbish in the Forest Reserve.
Do not damage any archaeological sites (i.e. rock walls).
Small equipment, such as track loaders and mini excavators, may be used as long as no damage is done to rock walls.
No grubbing.
Rubbish shall be disposed of as appropriate.

Must be HCE compliant at the time of the award.
Must be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the State.

There is a small pile of rubbish behind the main dump site. It is about 50 feet along the trail, and before you hit the access road to the Nuuanu Reservoir. See picture below.
Remove all rubbish from the dump site including rubbish that is up to 25’ from the rock wall.
There is a gravel access road that connects to a trail behind the dumpsite. It is accessible by a gate by the Lulumahu Falls parking lot. However, there is a rock wall along that trail so you cannot drive equipment from the access road all the way to the dump site. I can get you access to this road if you wish.
Pictures will of the dump site and surrounding areas immediately before the job begins for quality control.
